Silk screen printing is a printing technique by placing a tightly pull fine mesh with a frame on a flat object and ink will went through the screen from the open mesh with a squeegee move across the screen.
Typically apply on a flat surface with printing size up to A3 size, one color at a time so multiple printing blocks have to use for more than 1 color printing.

Silicone Printing is also a silkscreen printing method, but using a special formulated ink that able to adhere to rubberize surface, with an additional baking process with temperature up to 150 degree Celsius. This printing method has a limitation whereby only single color can be apply on 1 spot on the product each time. Multiple single colors on different area are possible if the product printable area is big.

Glass Printing is also a silkscreen printing method, but using a special formulated ink that able to adhere on glass, with an additional baking process with temperature up to 150 degree Celsius. Multiple spot colors is possible with few colors blocks.

Roller Printing has been invented to achieve printing on a curved or rounded surface by using a heavy copper cylinder with engraved design. This method can print up to 14 colors depend on client’s design.

HD Print, or HDV6 is a latest T-Shirt printing technique, we can apply this fine printing method on cotton, polyester, PU leather, non woven, pvc sheets and paper too. HD Printing can achieve very fine and vibrant output with sustainable quality on the product. Small quantity appication is possible.

100% Cotton Drill
Heat-transfer printing normally applies on products with material like fabric, PU Leather, canvas, polyester, nylon, spandex and so on. Pre-printed graphic / logos on an eco-solvent transfer paper can be transfer to a product via a heat press machine. Application of multiple colors with gradient and toning is possible.

UV Printing is very cost effective method to apply for a small quantity printing needs. It is a flatbed machine with UV curable inks made of acrylic monomers that are then exposed to strong UV-light to cure. We can achieve printing with gradient or toning on product surface without producing printing blocks with UV printing method.

Hot stamping or foil stamping is a printing method of relief printing in which pre-dried ink or foils are transferred to a surface at high temperatures. Hot stamping commonly on the surface of Leather, PU Leather, card and paper type finished product. It creates a classic and elegance appearance on product with finishing.

Debossing is a method to permanently create a sunken impression mark on card, leather, PU leather surface.
A metal block is required to achieve such finishing with a pressing machine.
